  • App Usage: Currently, gift cards can't be used on the AllSaints App, but we're working on it.

How to Purchase:

For GBP or USD Gift Cards:

  1. Online Purchase: Select the value at the basket page, add to your basket, and proceed to checkout.
  2. Search Option: Type "gift card" in the search bar, find your desired gift card, and add it to your basket.

For EURO or CAD Gift Cards:

  1. E-Gift Cards: Purchase online easily. Select the value at the basket page, add to your basket, and proceed to checkout.
  2. Physical Gift Cards: Available only in stores that trade in Euros and Canadian Dollars.

Checking Your Balance:

You can check your gift card balance on the AllSaints website:

Delivery Details:

  • Physical Gift Cards: Delivered via secure tracked service to your chosen address.
  • E-Gift Cards: Sent to the recipient’s email within 30 minutes or on the selected date, with purchase confirmation sent to you.

Presentation:

  • Physical Gift Cards: Presented in an exclusive AllSaints branded card holder and envelope.
  • E-Gift Cards: Sent via email with your selected design.

Using Your Gift Card Online:

  • Transaction Limit: Use up to 3 gift cards per transaction.
  • Redemption: Enter your gift card number and PIN at checkout and click "Apply."
    • The PIN is located on the back of the card under a scratch-off panel.
    • Note: 3 incorrect PIN attempts will freeze the card for 8 hours.

Refund Policy:

  • Keep Your Gift Card: Necessary for returns.
  • Lost Card: Contact Customer Experience if you've lost your card.
  • Multiple Gift Cards: Refunds go to the first card entered at checkout.
  • Split Payment: Refunds are first returned to the gift card, then to the payment card as per our Terms and Conditions.
