We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return process simple.

If your item is still in its original condition, you can take advantage of our free returns process. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund to your original payment method. Returns received after this period will be sent back to you.

Final Sale Items
Items purchased on the US website and marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you agree that the item is sold-as-is and cannot be returned. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for returns via our distribution centre. However, you can exchange your US online order within 28 days at any of our mainline US stores, excluding outlets and concessions.

Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, and must have all original tags and labels attached.

Cross-Border Returns
Returns must be processed in the same country and currency as the original order.

Faulty Items
Faulty items will be inspected upon return to verify a manufacturing defect before a refund is issued.

Jewellery
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other jewellery must be unused and in a resalable condition.

Fragrance
Fragrances showing clear signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please contact our Customer Experience team to arrange a return.

Swimwear and Underwear
These must be unused, with all hygiene seals and tags intact and in the original packaging, unless faulty.

Handbags
Please return handbags in their original dust bag and ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Footwear
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, packed securely to prevent any damage.

Repetitive Returns
To ensure a fair returns policy for all customers, we monitor return patterns. Excessive or unusual return activity may result in refusal of future returns or closure of your account.
