NHS / Blue Light / Military Discount: We do not offer healthcare or military discounts online or in our stores. At the moment, we are focussing on our partnership with NFS, Not For Sale, a global organisation fighting modern slavery and exploitation.

10% Discount - Newsletter Sign Up: You can sign up to our AllSaints newsletter with your email address for 10% off full price styles on your first order. You will also stay up to date on all things AllSaints including sale and promotion launches. Here's are a few things to be aware of:

  • If you're already subscribed to our newsletter using your email address, you won't be eligible and receive the new sign-up discount
  • It's a unique, single-use code valid for 2 weeks from when you receive it
  • Note that the discount will not apply to already discounted items on sale or promotion

Birthday Discount Code:

Your Date of Birth can be captured as part of the Welcome Newsletter sign up. We will send you a Happy Birthday discount code roughly 10 days ahead of your birthday so you can treat yourself and celebrate in style.

  • The discount is a unique, single use code and can only be redeemed online.
  • The code is valid for two weeks from receipt.
  • The code is not able to be used in conjunction with another offer.
  • Not applicable on Outlet and sale product

Experiencing Issues with a Promo Code:

We are sorry that you are having trouble receiving or redeeming a promotional code. This could be for a number of reasons:

  1. Your promo code email may have fallen into your spam email folder
  2. The items in your basket are sale or promotional items, and not eligible for further discount.
  3. The code has already been redeemed. Promotions can only be used one time only.
  4. The code has already been applied to the order. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  5. The code may have expired.
  6. When AllSaints is in sale or promotion, the discount will already be applied to the displayed price. There is no code to enter at the checkout.
