In order to offer a premium courier service DPD will ship all our UK orders with Standard, Next Business day and Weekend delivery services. Take a look at our delivery options and further information below. Please note that during busy promotional periods, deliveries may take longer.
UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over £100, or £3.95 for orders under £100
- Delivery days: Monday–Friday, between 8am and 8pm (excludes weekends and public holidays)
- Additional information:
- Orders to the Channel Islands are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — import duties or fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- UK VAT will not be charged on Channel Islands orders, though product prices remain the same.
- Delivery may take longer during busy promotional periods.
Next Business Day Delivery
- Delivery time: Next business day
- Cost: £5.95
- Order cut-off:
- Order by 7pm Monday–Thursday for next business day delivery.
- Orders placed between 7pm Thursday and 2pm Saturday → delivered Monday.
- Orders placed after 2pm Saturday → delivered Tuesday.
- Delivery days: Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm (excludes weekends, public holidays, and items fulfilled from stores)
Saturday Delivery
- Delivery time: Saturday
- Cost: £9.95
- Order cut-off: Order by 7pm on Friday for Saturday delivery.
- Orders placed after 7pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Sunday Delivery
- Delivery time: Sunday
- Cost: £9.95
- Order cut-off: Order by 2pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery.
- Orders placed after 2pm Saturday will be delivered the following Sunday.
DPD Pickup
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over £100, or £3.95 for orders under £100
- How it works:
- Select your nearest DPD Pickup point at checkout.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- DPD will send an email or SMS when your parcel is ready to collect.
- You have 7 days to collect your parcel.
- When collecting: Bring photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) and your pickup pass (2D code or utility bill).
- Note: Items fulfilled from store cannot be delivered to Pickup points.

* EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
At AllSaints, we strive to provide you with the best delivery experience - please take note of a few restrictions.
Temporary Suspension of Next Day and Weekend Delivery Services to Scotland: We’ve temporarily suspended our Next Day and Weekend delivery services for addresses in Scotland due to a recent change in our courier partner’s processes for Scottish orders.
We’re actively working with our courier to restore these services as soon as possible, and we’ll keep this page updated with any changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Alternate Addresses: We currently are unable to deliver orders to Gibraltar, BFPO UK Military addresses, PO boxes and Amazon lockers.
Fragrance: We cannot deliver orders containing AllSaints fragrance by air transportation - only UK mainland addresses can checkout successfully, so this excludes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Store-fulfilled items are shipped on a Standard delivery service.
- We'll generally notify you during checkout if an item is from a store, or your item may be shipped from a store if it's no longer available at our distribution centre.
- Orders with multiple items may come from our distribution centre and an AllSaints store.
- Each shipment has its own dispatch confirmation email and tracking number. Distribution centre deliveries follow your chosen service, while store-sourced items use Standard Delivery.
