Returning your online order has never been easier, in just a few clicks, you'll be all set!

All you need is your 10 digit AllSaints order number and the email address you used to place the order. Be sure to have these to hand to create your return label in a few minutes.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation, order dispatch and order delivered emails.

Click on the portals below to locate your order, select the item(s) you wish to return and create the returns label.

A few things to note:

  • All online returns to our distribution centres are refund only.
  • In case of exchange you will need to place a new order for the item you are looking for.
  • Proper Packaging: Ensure the parcel is properly packaged and take it to your local drop off point, and keep hold of your receipt as proof of return.
  • Issue with parcel size or weight: If the returns carrier does not accept your parcel due to size or weight, please contact Customer Experience.
  • Store purchases cannot be returned to via the online returns service and need to be returned to a store.
  • Some exclusions apply, as outlined in our returns policy.

Tracking your Return

Return to Store Option:

  • You can return or exchange items ordered on our UK and US websites only, to an AllSaints store (excluding outlets and concessions) up to 28 days after purchase.
  • Simply bring your unworn items back to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase and communicate the order details, so they can help you with your return.
  • For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
  • For an exchange, you can select another item in store or we can issue a gift card refund. Exclusions may apply.
  • Our smALLSAINTS Collection is currently available online only, all returns need to be sent back to our distribution centre and cannot be accepted in stores. Simply create your free return label, post your item back to us, and we’ll process your refund in line with our returns policy.
