For extra peace of mind, we’ve extended our returns period for purchases made both online and in-store. This applies to items bought between Wednesday, 15th October and Monday, December 15, 2025 which can be returned until Friday, January 9, 2026, with a valid proof of purchase. Purchases made after Monday, December 15, 2025 fall under our 28 day return policy.

Online Returns to Distribution Centre

Online purchases can be posted back using our online returns portals on the AllSaints website. Ensure that all items are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, as we do not offer exchanges for online returns.

Online Returns to Store

You can return or exchange items ordered online from our UK or US website only at an AllSaints store. Please bring a copy of your original order invoice and the items you wish to return to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment or the option to exchange for another item in store. 

Exclusions include: International & European orders, please use the AllSaints Returns portal; and Outlet and Concession store purchases. 

In-Store Purchases

You can return or exchange store purchases. Simply bring your receipt and the unworn items back to a store (excluding outlets and concessions) trading in the same currency as the original purchase. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment or the option to exchange for another item in-store. Note that items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail or through the online returns service.

Outlet Stores

Purchases made at our Outlet stores are eligible for exchanges or gift card refunds only. Please bring your receipt and unworn items back to an Outlet store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. Our team will help you select an alternative item for exchange or provide a gift card refund. Online orders placed on allsaints.com cannot be returned or exchanged at outlet stores.

Concessions in Department Stores

The AllSaints Holiday Returns Policy does not apply to purchases made in AllSaints concessions within department stores. Such purchases must be returned or exchanged according to the department store's own returns policy. Additionally, AllSaints online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at department store concessions.
