Our couriers, DPD & UPS, will also keep you in the loop through email and SMS notifications.
A few things to note:
- Some items may come from different locations, and may have separate tracking numbers
- If you are not home, your order may be delivered to a neighbour or sent to a local Pickup shop
- Check the Your DPD App or UPS MyChoice to manage your delivery and track your parcel
- Check your delivery preferences, with your neighbours, your designated safe place, and any prior communication from the courier.

- If we suspect that your parcel is lost, we may need to raise an investigation on your behalf. UNDELIVERED ORDERS/MISSING ITEMS
Check your dispatch tracking number to confirm the location of your parcel.

If your International order cannot be located despite the tracking showing “Delivered” or is determined as lost by the courier, you will need to fill a declaration form and send it to ask@allsaints.com. This will allow us to look into this with our courier partner.
In order for us to look into this with our courier partner, we will need you to fill out a declaration form. Please select the one you need depending on the courier partner used to deliver your parcel (DPD or DHL/Fedex) and send it to ask@allsaints.com.

ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED
We kindly ask you to send photos of:
- 1. the damaged item; and
- 2. the inner and outer packaging.
