We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return process simple.

If your item is still in its original condition, you can take advantage of our free returns process. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period
You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method. Returns received after this period will be sent back to you.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer exchanges via our distribution centre, you can exchange your UK online order within 28 days at any of our mainline UK stores. This excludes outlet and concession locations.

Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, and must have all original tags and labels attached.

Cross-Border Returns
We can only process returns in countries that trade in the same currency as the original purchase.

Faulty Items
Any items returned as faulty will be inspected to confirm a manufacturing fault before a refund is issued.

Jewellery
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other jewellery must be unused and in a resalable condition.

Fragrance
Fragrances showing clear signs of usage cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. To return a fragrance, please contact our Customer Experience team to arrange a collection.

Swimwear and Underwear
These items must be unused, with hygiene seals and tags intact and in the original packaging, unless faulty.

Handbags
Please return handbags in their original dust bag and ensure they are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Footwear
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, properly packaged to prevent any damage.

Order Cancellations (UK/EU only)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Repetitive Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we monitor return activity and reserve the right to refuse returns or close accounts where we identify unusual or excessive return patterns.
