If you're unable to generate a return label, there may be a few possible reasons:

1. The item is non-returnable

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes products such as earrings and face masks.

These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to assist you.


2. The item was marked as Final Sale (US customers)

For US customers, Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Final Sale products are clearly marked on the product page before checkout. If your item is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service team for support.


3. Return service not available in your area (International & European customers)

In some cases, our prepaid return service may not be available in certain remote international or European locations.

If this applies to you, you can arrange the return using a courier of your choice and send the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
