It's important to note that we are unable to support cross-border returns, and returns can only be processed in a location that trades in the same currency.

  • Purchases made in the United States can only be returned in the United States
  • Purchases made in the United Kingdom can only be returned in the United Kingdom
  • Purchases made in our EU / CAD stores can only be returned in our EU or CAD stores
  • Purchases made on our International site, can only be returned via the online returns portal
  • Store purchases cannot be returned to our Distribution centres
  • Online orders can be returned a store that trades in the same currency, excluding outlets and concessions, or; returned to the respective distribution centre in the UK or US.
